Brand identity design and website created for Class, Race & Corporate Power, a political journal that focuses on publishing political articles for activists, scholars and community organizers. The brand is bold, impactful and captivating.

Process

Research & Discovery: I developed my own business, values, and target audience. Researched competitors and industry trends. Then identify unique selling points and brand attributes

Define Brand Strategy: Based on the research findings, I develop a brand strategy that aligns with the my goals. Clarified my brand's mission, vision, and values. Then defined the brand's personality and positioning.

Concept Development: I generated initial design concepts based on the research and strategy. Explored various visual directions, including color schemes, typography, and imagery.

Design Exploration: I refined selected concepts and explore variations. Developed the logo, typography, color palette, and other visual elements.

Finalization: I iterated on the designs based on the feedback, as well as refined and improved the chosen direction. Then finalized all elements and created style guides detailing logo usage, color codes, typography, and other brand guidelines.
